I recently invented my own morning methodology that I named SWERV (cool name, right?)

But before I explain what it is, let me ask you this:

What would your life look like if you slayed every single morning?

Imagine if your morning routine was so great that even the greatest of morning routine gurus feigned at the sign of yours?

Think about if you had a morning routine to bring you the power needed to not only seize, but to win the day on a consistent basis.

What would that do to your well being?

This is what happens when you base your morning routine around Stoic principles.

Many of you might already know that I preach Stoic living.

Some of you may have even already tried my Stoic templates.

But trust me when I say this...

The world is not ready for the global morning mindset shift that the Stoic Mornings routine is about to bring ...

The SWERV principle is a collection of daily morning rituals that ancient stoic philosophers did more than 2,000 years ago.

And yes, I came up with the idea to organize them with the cool name "SWERV", because well...

You'll be swerving when trying it...

Stillness
There are many ways to have stillness, but in all its simplicity, it's about being present in the moment right when you wake.
Writing
This one speaks for itself - many great Stoics like Marcus Aurelius, Epictetus, Seneca and even Plato were writers and practiced it daily.
Exertion
Not only the the mind must be tended to in the mornings - the body must too with physical activity.
Reception
When you wake, you might not be ready to receive. When you follow the Stoic Mornings routine, you will learn how to become better.
Visioning
Or said in Stoic: Meditating on bad things. Fate almost never goes our way - so what else can we do but prepare?

Today people still reap the benefits of doing these ancient practices on a consistent basis every morning.
