Hey, it's Pascio.

You know, there's this thing called procrastination.

This nagging, insidious little demon that has plagued me (and many others) more than I'd care to admit.

Back in the days, it felt like I was constantly swimming against the tide,

Always chasing tasks and deadlines without ever making real progress.

The problem was (too) simple...

I was drowning in tasks, unable to figure out what was important and what was not.

Urgent tasks were overshadowed by trivial ones,

And the truly impactful tasks were buried under the insignificant.

I needed a change.

Enter the Eisenhower Matrix.

A simple productivity framework, named after U.S. President Dwight D. Eisenhower,

That splits tasks into four categories based on their urgency and importance.

Urgent and important tasks are done immediately.

Important, but not urgent tasks are scheduled.

Urgent but not important tasks are delegated.

And tasks that are neither urgent nor important?

They are eliminated.

And then came the epiphany...

I was already using Notion for most of my work...

Why not leverage it to implement the Eisenhower Matrix?

Thus, Task Architect was born.
